bumbo my bum...

i got kiki a bumbo today =) a ladylike pink... she fits it to a T... for now, i guess =p so cute!!! she's pretty in awe about it for a while, then she was confused... probably about how mommy's not carrying her but yet she can still sit upright *hiak hiak*

happy 1st trimester of mommyhood...

kyria's 3 month's old today... i have embarked on mommy road and survived the 1st trimester =) i'm lovin' it...

it's kinda tough to go to work every morning coz it's so hard to leave her... i'd catch her when she wakes, just before her morning feed... and she says goodbye to me with her big chubby cheeky smile... i just melt...

i've been coming back late these few days... didn't manage to see her in the evening... but she usually wakes up around 10ish-11 for her last feed... and she'd fall asleep happily on our bed... such a calming effect just watching her sleep... with no cares in the world... i wish i can turn back in time to her moment...

we took these pictures earlier this morning when we saw that ky could briefly hold her bottle on her own =p it lasted for about 30sec++ before she decided that mommy should do the job instead =)

today marks the day of obama's win as president... and it's also my last day of staying home with kyria... yes... it's back to work tomorrow... time left on a jet plane and won't look back...

during this 3 months that i've spent with her, we've had our share of ups and downs, tears and laughter, fun and frustrations... looking back, i wish i had done better than i did...

so kyria... remember that no matter what mommy is doing, no matter where she is, always know that you are no. 1 in her heart and on her mind... no time will pass without a thought of you, no conversation will be held without a mention of your name, no day will pass without mommy rushing back to be with you... and nothing will mommy be, without you...

kyria likes playing peek-a-boo... i'm not sure if she knows i'm actually in front of her, just that i'm not looking at her directly with the camera... but still... the whole thing seems hilarious to her =p
